BABY BANK
Baby essentials for those in need
As part of our services at The Source we provide families within Barking & Dagenham, support with baby essentials such as nappies, formula milk, toiletries, clothing, furniture and much more.
This support can be found at one of our Baby Banks located at Barking Learning Centre and Dagenham Library.

Open on Fridays only. From 10am to 1.30pm
Referral Scheme
The Baby Bank operates on a referral scheme and families will need to fit in our criteria, which is:

No recourse to public funds i.e.. cannot access benefits

Rent or council tax arrears

Fleeing domestic violence
-
Awaiting benefits
Each family will receive support for 12 weeks, they can come each week and choose the items they need and access a library of support from services The Source can signpost the families to.
The Source also offers one off support for baby furniture and clothing which there is no criteria and is open to anyone.
